Kimberton Inn
About This Spot
Stepping into Kimberton Inn, you’re met with a gentle warmth that lingers long after you leave. Nestled along the quiet stretch of Kimberton Road, this fine dining spot embodies the charm of a refined countryside retreat without feeling distant or formal. The soft glow from its fireplaces and the murmur of quiet conversations create an atmosphere where time seems to slow, making it easy to settle in and savor the moment.
The pace here is unhurried and relaxed, inviting guests to linger over thoughtfully prepared plates and carefully chosen wines. There’s an attentive yet unobtrusive rhythm to the service, where every detail — from the welcome at the door to a kind escort back to the car — feels genuinely caring and considered.
Within this space, the food unfolds as a rich, approachable exploration of American flavors, elevated with touches of elegance. Signature dishes, whether the tender lamb chops or delicate sea scallops, are presented not just as food but as invitations to share and discover. The balance of fresh, seasonal ingredients and comforting favorites is echoed in desserts like warm blueberry cobbler or the perfectly tangy key lime pie, creating a quietly celebratory feeling at the table.
Kimberton Inn is as much about the human moments as it is the menu. Whether it’s a birthday dinner, a wedding celebration, or a simple night out craving some quiet joy, the atmosphere adapts to what each visitor needs — intimacy by the bar with live music in the background, or a cozy alcove bathed in firelight. The staff’s warmth and professionalism make the experience feel effortless, allowing guests to simply be present and enjoy whatever the evening brings.
For those seeking a place that blends thoughtful culinary craft with an inviting, lived-in comfort — where every visit feels like a small event worth remembering — Kimberton Inn quietly holds its own as a treasured local destination.

Food, drinks, service, ambiance... everything was impeccable. From entry to leaving, every point of contact understands how to take care of the customer. Jeffrey, the owner, is the kindest gentleman and made sure everyone was comfortable and happy, even escorting my mother to our car as she is unsteady on her feet at times and uses a cane. Sat right near one of the fireplaces and it was absolutely lovely.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday here and everything was great! The food, ambience, charm and service was impeccable. My husband had the lobster bisque and lamb chops and loved it, I got the mushroom bisque and cashew crusted chicken and that too was delicious. The blueberry crunch with vanilla ice cream was amazing. Overall it was a very good experience and I think this might be our new favorite place.

We just had our wedding at the Kimberton Inn last Christmas, and we were OVER THE MOON with how amazing everything was. From the moment we found the venue and met with Jason/Jeff, we knew it was the venue for us, and every interaction from there out just reinforced our decision. Our wedding was a dream! Jason/Jeff and the entire staff are complete professionals. They know exactly what they are doing, and bring alllll their years of experience and expertise to the table to truly advise on what's best for the type of crowd and type of wedding you are hoping to have. Everything from the venue's impeccable Christmas decorations to the food, cake, music, and flow was 10/10! Our guests cannot stop talking about how magical the day was, and how special that venue is. Truly, THANK YOU, to the Kimberton Inn for making our wedding the best day of our lives. You knocked it out of the park!!

Very warm and welcoming with different seating locations. Our party of two was ideally seated in an alcove just off the bar where we could talk while still hearing the live music. The option of small plates allowed us to sample and share items from the menu, and each one was more delicious than the last! The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. You can tell that everyone there truly enjoys their job. I look forward to going back.

Consistently wonderful! The staff is attentive, food is excellent and ambiance is amazing. We go there for all of our special occasions and for those nights when you just need joy in your life! We always leave saying “what a great night!”

We went here for our anniversary dinner. The ambiance of this place is what I love about Pennsylvania - 1800's charm in the 21st Century. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is great with a nice presentation. The prices are in line with a fine dining establishment. This was our second time back, I'd highly recommend.

My spouse and I went for a birthday celebration. Presentation of food was creative and eye appealing. It was tasty and excellent. Service was impeccable. Attentive but not intrusive. Atmosphere is 18th century with a lovely fire in the fireplaces. Perfect for that special celebration.
